Welcome to loveonthesnow.com website and online store. The site is administrated by the LOTS Joanna Kolodziejczak company, with the registered office in Warsaw Poland, at Leszczynska 4/34, contact details: shop@loveonthesnow.com / +48 604 94 21 22.
We make and sell the merino lingerie. By accessing and/or using our site and by acquiring merchandise from our site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Promotion Policy and other provisions and policies associated with your use of our site and the acquisition of merchandise.

General Conditions

You can purchase merchandise, learn about promotions, sign up for our newsletter and communicate with us through the site. You don’t have to register at our site in order to purchase our products, you can buy as a „Guest”.
To register you must create a user account by providing a valid email address and creating a unique password (“Account”). When you acquire merchandise as a Guest or through your Account you warrant that all information used in connection with the Site and acquisition of merchandise is accurate and true.
You can cancel and remove your Account from our site at any time.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your Account, if you use it in an inappropriate way.

Purchasing products

You must provide us with your full legal name, an active telephone, and current address to purchase products through Site.
All prices are retail prices stated in EUR and include VAT.
At the loveonthesnow.com we accept Paypal payments and traditional bank transfer payments. 

The PayPal system allows customers to make safe online payments either through your Paypal account or credit/debit cards, prepaid cards or virtual. PayPal accepts credit and debit cards issued globally and payments in 29 different currencies, including USD, EUR, CAD, DKK, NOK, GBP, RUB, SEK, CHF. 

Delivery

We ship our products worldwide, using the UPS services. Please, e-mail us if you wish to know the delivery price for a non-EU country! 

See the rates for specific countries next to the description of each product. 

The standard delivery time within the EU is 2-6 days. The order is being dipsatched within 3 days after the payment is confirmed. If you wish to inquire for precise delivery time to a specific region, please send us your request to shop@loveonthesnow.com

Also, should you be interested in ordering several items, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will confirm the delivery price. 

Items bought at the loveonthesnow.com are not intended for resale. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. 

The risk of loss for purchased merchandise moves from us to you as soon as we provide the carrier the purchased product(s). As a result, you will need to file claims directly with the carrier for any loss or damages that occurred while the purchased product(s) were in the possession of the carrier.

Exchanges and Returns


Depending on availability, we are able to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please first return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred one.
We hope you'll like the purchased underwear, but if - for any reason - you don’t, you can always return them under conditions specified below. 
Please note, that all shipping costs of the exchanged or returned items are at the client’s expense
In order to return the purchases underwear, please first inform us about your intention, sending an e-mail to shop@loveonthesnow.com


Next, ship the unwanted items to our office address: PACKFULLY love on the snow, Grocholicka 2A, 05-090 Raszyn POLAND


Only items purchased from loveonthesnow.com  will be accepted for return. For a refund of the item(s), less any shipping costs, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all manufacturers tags and hygienic liners attached. Also, don't forget to include the receipt. 
Your refund will be credited only after we have received your returned item and complied with all aspects of our return policy. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible, within 14 days.
If you choose a refund back to your PayPal account, your purchased items must be returned to our warehouse. Once processed, your refund should be posted in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email. 

All payments are return the same payment method as the one used for purchase of the goods. 

The above rules shall apply to Customers from and outside the European Union. However, please note if you're a Customer from the European Union you are required to provide a customs declaration and indicate that the shipment relates to the products you're returning. The amount and currency stated on the customs declaration and the invoice should be exactly the same. Do not forget to attach these documents to the package, when returning the goods!

Complaints

In the event of any physical defects of the goods, you are obliged to immediately inform us, sending an e-mail to: shop@loveonthesnow.com. Please make sure you're doing so not later than within 10 days from the moment of the discovery and no later than 2 years after you've receives the goods. We are obliged to respond to your demands within 14 days from the moment of reporting non-conformity of goods. No response means recognizing your claims as justified.

In case of non-conformity of goods with the contract, the goods should be immediately sent back to us, together with a damage protocol. Please state your expectations as for the way of dealing with your claim. 

We will repair or exchange the defective goods for other full-value goods, and if it is impossible (e.g. because of stock shortage), your money will be returned in the amount equal to product’s value. In this case it is also possible for you to claim a different product at the same price, instead of the product in question. 

Please, consider we're not responsible for the damages resulting to the transportation/shipping process. Our goods are shipped in our branded cardboard boxes and extra protected by the biodegradable polymailers. Any complaints related to mechanical damages, occurred during transport, will only be investigated once you claimed a damage in accordance with with courier’s procedures.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content of this site, including the design of the offered products, their descriptions, graphics, pictures, trademarks, and logos are owned by or licensed to us and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under international conventions.

Modifications

We receive the right to introduce changes to our Terms and Conditions, at any time.
When changes are made, we will upload a revised copy of the document available on the site. We will also update the "Last Revised" date at the top of the Agreement.
If you have an Account, we may also send an e-mail to you at the last e-mail address you provided to us pursuant to this document.
Any changes to the Terms and Conditions document will be effective immediately and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of such change(s).
You are obliged to accept our Terms and Conditions each time you make a purchase. Please make sure you read the current version of the document before you accept it.
