Refund policy

You can return items purchased from us within 14 days of entering into the sales contract.

  1. Package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Label the parcel “Order #........ – LOTS”.
  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  4. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns or parcels sent to parcel lockers or other collection points.
  5. Returned items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear. For briefs, the hygiene seal must remain intact.
  6. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return at the address below. The refund will be made using your original payment method unless you contact us to arrange an alternative.
