Within Poland we offer two delivery options:

delivery to the InPost Paczkomaty 24/7 collection point - cost PLN 15.

InPost Paczkomaty are currently the most popular and most frequently chosen form of parcel delivery. It is already chosen by as many as 85% of Internet users. It is fast (most parcels reach the recipient the next day), safe (parcel lockers are opened without contact) and safer for the environment than other deliveries (Paczkomaty allow for a reduction of the last mile carbon footprint by 75%3 compared to traditional courier delivery).

International shipping:

1. within the EU via DPD Classic (the shipping price includes insurance up to PLN 3,000)

2. outside the EU - Fedex or UPS (the amounts given do not include insurance of the goods).

When placing an order in our store, you can choose from several payment methods:

Tpay - fast and convenient online payments, mobile payments (BLIK, Apple Pay and Google Pay), cards, as well as installments and PayPo , i.e. deferred payments - up to 30 days.

PayPal - from the account balance or via credit cards linked to the profile, in PLN or foreign currencies supported by PayPal

If you like what we do, but the style or size is not right for you and you want to exchange a product purchased from us for a different model or size, send the returned item back (RETURNS instructions - see below) and place a new order.

The provisions of the law on online sales allow the return of goods purchased in our store within 14 days of the conclusion of the sales contract, without giving a reason. But if you can give it, we will be grateful. You will help us improve the product or service.

To complete all formalities, send unwanted products in their original packaging:

1. MUST include the information “ order number - LOTS ”. It will be easier for us if you also provide your name and surname.


2. Secure the package to avoid damage during transport.


3. We will refund the funds to you within 14 days from the date of delivery of the return to the address provided below.


4. We will do this using the same payment method you used when purchasing, unless you contact us and indicate a different method that you prefer.


5. You must return the product at your own expense. The amount we will refund will include the cost of shipping the product to you, which is equal to the cheapest option in our price list (PLN 15).

* The cost of sending back the returned products is borne by the Buyer. In the case of QUICK RETURNS InPost it is PLN 15. This amount will be deducted from the sum refunded for the returned goods.

Remember:

We do not accept cash on delivery, parcel lockers or other collection points.

The condition for accepting a return is that the product is in perfect condition, there are no signs of use, and in the case of panties, the hygiene sticker is intact.

We take great care with the quality of our underwear. We hope that it will serve you for many winters.

If, immediately after purchase, you find a physical defect in our product, you have the right to demand that we remove the defect, exchange the item for a defect-free one, submit a declaration of a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Write to us or call us to clarify the matter and determine the best method of resolving it.
